        Over this 12-week time frame we will work together to build your management skillset and competencies.

        Step 1: Gain full access to the Managing with Impact Online Programme content. Over 50 videos, assessments, downloadable toolkits and cheat sheets; 24/7 access for 1 year from start date of the programme.

        Step 2: Live learning group coaching sessions delivered over Zoom to meet other delegates, share case-studies that bring the online modules to life, and for you to ask your tutor anything you like about the programme. Delivered at planned points throughout the programme.

        Step 3: Access to online forum community, learn with others through a supportive and interactive online community of learners. Post questions, share ideas and learn from the community. Your tutor will also post responses in the community to questions that you may need answering.

        Step 4: This programme is CPD-Accredited. Receive your CPD-accreditation at the end of the programme. This is a globally-recognised certificate which assures the quality of the programme and ensures you have gone through the material to achieve the standard expected. CPD shows that you’ve reached the required level of learning and looks great on your LinkedIn profile and Resume!
